MEN IN BLACK (www.meninblack.com) Despite the film's cinematic wizardry, MiB's lack-luster website is not only sluggish but insipid (with its boring alien target practice). There's the pro forma, yawn-inducing film info and bandwidth-munching Java enhancements, but the convoluted presentation and self-serious approach to the sci-fi spoof render the site more shameless promotion than goofy online fun. MiB is DOA. D
