PROJECT: PAMdemonium, Pamela Lee's autobiography. Status: Baywatch fans and 13-year-old boys everywhere were all aflutter when Lee signed an $800,000 deal with Warner Books in September 1996 to pen her life story, promising a chapter called "The History of My Breasts." But the book, due in November, had to be pushed back when Lee was interrupted by a court battle with the producers of Hello, She Lied. (The filmmakers claimed the actress had broken a verbal agreement to star in Lied. In May, an L.A. judge ruled in Lee's favor.) Still, the Pneumatic One managed to finish a 300-page manuscript in July; the tome is now scheduled to hit shelves next June. More important, does Lee deliver on the "Breasts" chapter? "That is incorporated into the book," promises Warner editor Rick Horgan. Prognosis: Bodaciously good.
