The movie is Ghostbusters meets X-Files, but the soundtrack of Men in Black is a close encounter of the boudoir kind. Ginuwine, the Roots, D'Angelo, and others offer up easy-rolling R&B that's as comfy as a fluffy couch. Only Will Smith's silly theme song, though, has any connection to the film. On his other contribution, ''Just Cruisin','' Smith raps about hanging at McDonald's and driving around to 2Pac tapes. Now, that's acting. B
