Standouts on Paint It Blue: Songs of the Rolling Stones include the Holmes Brothers' ''Beast of Burden'' and Clarence ''Gatemouth'' Brown's ''Ventilator Blues,'' but this whole project has a jaunty, good-time groove that Mick and Keith would certainly approve of.
