Details Lead Performance: The Crystal Method

Just when the British seem to be winning the technology (or at least techno) race, along come the Crystal Method, intent on demonstrating that in beat programming, Americans still have some Yankee ingenuity. Their mixture of crescendoing break beats and inspiring Jesse Jackson samples in Vegas places them in the vanguard of techno-rock. U.S.A., No. 1! A-
