Boyz II Men's harmonies glide ever so smoothly on their third studio disc, Evolution, but that's old news. They've also covered just about every aspect of love and romance, which means this is a quiet storm we've weathered before. If only the mega-platinum foursome would roll up their designer sleeves, kick out the jams, and actually entertain us. That would be evolution. C
