This trio has something that sets it apart from all those other high-energy techno outfits crowding the airwaves: a singer with soul. You won't find that on any Real McCoy disc. And when frontwoman Maria Christensen belts the chorus of Gary Wright's 1976 hit ''Love Is Alive,'' her normally robotic genre sounds full of life. B
