SARA EVANS Three Chords and the Truth (RCA) Evans' much-touted debut is an important component of Nashville's return to traditionalism -- equal parts Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Patty Loveless -- without the vulnerability. Although a bit samey, Chords is ultimately engrossing, especially when Evans unwinds on the keening title ballad. B
