DELBERT MCCLINTON One of the Fortunate Few (Rising Tide) On his first album in four years, R&B vet McClinton is joined by guests like Lyle Lovett, Mavis Staples, and Lee Roy Parnell. Depite the star power, it's McClinton's show. From the lusty ''Old Weakness'' to the swamp rock of ''Somebody to Love You,'' McClinton howls, struts, proves he has plenty of testosterone -- and that he's one of the planet's greatest roadhouse rockers. B+
