DAVID BOWIE The Deram Anthology 1966-1968 (Polydor Chronicles) This nicely packaged 27-track collection covers Bowie's bizarre early stint as an Anthony Newley-inspired would-be teen idol. The twee, awkwardly theatrical songs range from inconsequential to cringe-worthy, with only ''The London Boys,'' ''Let Me Sleep Beside You,'' and an embryonic ''Space Oddity'' hinting at the distinctive, complex talent that would emerge in the '70s.
