''...FIRST DO NO HARM'' Meryl Streep, Fred Ward (1997, Touchstone, PG-13, $103.99) The cure is worse than the disease in this affliction-of-the-week TV movie starring Streep and Ward as parents watching their epileptic son grow sicker while doctors pump him full of debilitating drugs. You'll feel their pain. In fact, it's hard to sit through this overly deliberate drama as it piles on seizures, adverse drug reactions, financial ruin, and domestic discord before its near-miraculous turn of events. Streep may have made this worth watching on ABC -- but she isn't sufficient reward for a video rental. C
