LILI HAYDN Lili (Atlantic) Violinist-singer-songwriter Haydn pulls off a mean juggling act on her solo debut, freely ranging across the various turfs of rock, pop tenderness, groove machinery, classical music, and Euro-sounds. She easily slips from the sinister funk of ''Stranger'' to the plaintive, Bach-gone-gypsy instrumental ''Wants Deep.'' To boot, she has something to say as a songsmith as heard on ''Take Somebody Home,'' a hook-laden song about the homeless. Diversity is mostly a happy habit for Haydn. B
