DUBSTAR Goodbye (Polydor) Singing breathily about lovers' quarrels and her own self-doubts, Sarah Blackwood croons every song on this compilation of Dubstar's two U.K. albums as if she's taking a forlorn, solitary stroll through Piccadilly Square. But when matched with keyboardist Steve Hillier's astral melodies and synth-Goth arrangements, the results aren't depressing — they're one glorious musical epiphany after another.
