THE PSYCHO REALM The Psycho Realm (Ruffhouse/Columbia) Cypress Hill frontman B-Real uses this side project to expand on his earlier work's limited topics (guns and weed), here touching on love and even referencing Shakespeare. The Mexican-American rapper snarls gloomy but compelling visions of urban apocalypse in Spanish and English, but neither of his two new compadres, Jacken and Mr. Duke, complements his reedy voice as perfectly as his regular sidekicks. A solo album might have been better. B
