After 30 years, the a cappella vets The Persuasions still sound energized, proving they can sing it solemn (''Do You Hear What I Hear?'') or sassy (''Silent Night''). Among the highlights on You're All I Want for Christmas: a finger-popping ''Hey Santa Claus'' and Jimmy Hayes' rumbling bass rendition of ''White Christmas,'' which might endanger weaker-willed woofers.
