Culled from only her first four releases with the Blackhearts, and larded with extraneous studio outtakes and a live track, Fit to Be Tied: Great Hits by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts is a sadly incomplete career retrospective. But the inclusion of the '80s anthem ''I Love Rock 'n' Roll'' and the salacious stomper ''Do You Wanna Touch Me (Oh Yeah!)'' is all it takes to confirm Joan Jett's current cachet as the mother goddess of bad-girl rock.
