IDLE Gravity Rocks (Big Deal) On its second album, this New York band demonstrates its fluency in any number of rock guitar languages, from feedback-drenched dialects to power-pop patois. Even better, Idle back up their six-string chatter with the sort of tune craft that needs no translation. Recommended to those who think the electric guitar is a spent force. B+
