Wynonna's first single in nearly two years, 'To Be Loved By You' is a graceful soul-pop ballad that plants her squarely in Dionne Warwick territory, with a vaguely prayerful lyric about the bond between lovers separated by miles. Working largely in the mid-to-bottom range of her register, Wynonna finds a voice that's as dense and rich as chocolate fudge. B+
