Miho Hatori and Yuka Honda of Cibo Matto (which roughly means ''food crazy'' in Italian) are sonic savants who go nutty mixing disparate ingredients, like avant- garde trumpet with bossa nova bass lines and sugary non-sequitur lyrics. The result, Viva! La Woman, (including a cover of ''The Candy Man'') is kitschy club music, as kooky and lovable as Hello Kitty. A-
