The initial success of the book should come as a relief for Hillary, whose book tour kicked off in foul weather and even fouler Whitewater accusations. Clearly, Simon & Schuster is trying to sell every possible copy of Village before it releases an apparently damning blockbuster about Bill Clinton's presidency from investigative reporter James Stewart called Blood Sport: The President and His Adversaries.
