If singer-guitarist Ben Lee were even of voting age, his first effort since 1995's solo debut, Meet the Real You, might come off as catchy but forgettable guitar pop. But since he and his fellow Aussies are 17, his encounters with some of life's more obvious lessons (''I thought my life would be like a John Hughes film/I feel had,'' Lee sings in ''16'') are dead-on reminders of what a roller-coaster ride it is being a teenager. Silverchair, meet the real you.
