Having scored a hit with a cover of Peter Frampton's ''Baby, I Love Your Way'' in 1994, the workmanlike reggae outfit Big Mountain now offers up a dancehall-pop version of the Youngbloods' hoary brotherhood anthem, ''Get Together''. It's a good song, sure, but can a calypsonian take on the Doobie Brothers' ''Listen to the Music'' be far behind?
