GOLDFINGER: DELUXE COLLECTOR'S EDITION Sean Connery, Gert Frobe (1964, MGM/UA, PG, $99.98) Its many virtues notwithstanding -- the cool car, the babe in gold paint -- Goldfinger represents the moment at which the James Bond series first veered toward self- parody; thus, it has much to answer for. That aside, this deluxe edition (with a sumptuous new letterboxed transfer) is noticeably easier on the eyes than six -- yes, six -- previous disc incarnations, and it's chockful of bonus material, including two informative making-of documentaries narrated (ironically enough) by '60s TV Bond surrogate Patrick Macnee. It is, however, a shock to learn that Gert Frobe's dialogue (even the immortal ''No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!'') was supplied by a dubbed English actor.
