Hong Kong kung-fu superstar Jackie Chan kicks out the jams at the L.A. premiere of his new actioner, Rumble in the Bronx. Even fellow tough guy Steven Seagal showed up (with a posse of bodyguards) to pay his respects: ''I'm a big fan of Jackie's.he's fantastic!'' 3. If Kevin Costner's learned one lesson this past year, it's ''avoid water hazards.'' But the actor, who's just wrapped the fairway flick Tin Cup with Rene Russo, didn't let downpours ruin his day on the links at the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Costner and Andy Garcia finished second to Glen Campbell and Bill Murray. Glen Campbell? 4. Michael J. Fox and Jason Priestley were lightning quick on blades at Boston's new FleetCenter in a celebrity shoot-out before the NHL All-Star Game in late January. Ice work if you can get it.
