One Mariah Carey clearly isn't enough for Sony: Australian star Tina Arena sings in the same overwrought, corporate style as Carey. Small wonder Sony plucked her from its international pool (just as it did Canada's Celine Dion) and worked up a fake, cornball ballad like ''Chains'' — one just sappy enough to practically ensure a hit. You have been warned. D
