A Vanishing wannabe with a Ted Bundy-like protagonist, The Minus Man is the quietly creepy tale of a good-looking, seemingly normal guy (Wilson) who just happens to be a serial killer. Wilson makes the drifter surprisingly sympathetic, and Garofalo is nicely understated as his potential love interest. Too bad the pace gets so sluggish that you might accidentally nod off and miss a murder. Of course, no critic would ever commit such a crime.... B-
