THE POSIES Amazing Disgrace (DGC) Grungy guitars, angst-ridden lyrics, and titles like ''Daily Mutilation'' and ''Hate Song'' — can this really be the fourth album from those oh-so-young- and-fragile lads who used to craft such ingenuous Hollies/Beatles/Kinks pastiches? It is, but thankfully, The Posies just blow off steam on a few tracks. Elsewhere, they continue their crusade to bring the magic of '60s pop into the '90s. Amazing Disgrace's achingly melodic tracks like ''Please Return It'' should win them a few converts. A-
