Twenty-year-old Drag-On is the heel-nipping pup of the Ruff Ryders crew, and when he grows up he wants to be just like DMX. How else to explain the familiar rat-a-tat-tat flow, the predictable (if catchy) call-out hooks, and the relentless gangsta posturing on The Opposite of H2O? Club anthems ''Here We Go'' and ''Spit These Bars'' are legit, but Drag-On should spend more time working on his own inner bark. C+
