You Break It (You Pay For It) (1996)

The power ballad ''You Break It (You Pay For It)'' is livelier fare than usual from The John Tesh Project, whose records have mostly served as a cure for insomnia. Most of the juice comes from 19-year-old vocalist Natasha Pearce, whose gospel wail makes this tune harmlessly earnest. But despite her efforts, it still sounds like theme music for a Brat Pack reunion. B-
