Thirteen-year-old Leann Rimes has so little life experience that her bio lists her favorite colors and ''best Christmas gift.'' But who cares? On her slow heartbreak ballad ''Blue,'' propelled by the backbeat of the '60s Nashville sound, Rimes displays a voice as expansive as a La-Z-Boy. Think of her as the spiritual granddaughter of Patsy Cline and Brenda Lee, replete with catch-and-cry delivery and a big-throated pop style. A knockout. B+
