By pasting prefab aesthetic veneers onto Bush and No Doubt, these enhanced CD singles package the bands with an efficiency unimaginable in the pre-digital era. British faux grungesters Bush deliver a live version and video of the title song and a spacey non-album track, ''Bud,'' both navigable via a dark, industrial graphical interface that all but screams, ''Take us seriously!'' While the bonuses entail the usual say-nothing interviews, at least Little Things' possibilities don't get exhausted after 10 minutes. That can't be said for label mates No Doubt, four fashion victims from Orange County, Calif., whose disc comprises just two songs from the album Just A Girl, the A-side's Buzz Bin video, and text of a windy band bio. No Doubt's interface, imbued with a '40s Americana sensibility, embellishes their music with cutesy-punk 'tude. It says, ''Don't judge us, we're just having fun.'' Bush: B- No Doubt: C
