Strangely, the erstwhile label of Nirvana, Soundgarden, et al. has issued the only tangible evidence of Capitol's much-touted, indefinitely delayed Beach Boys ''Pet Sounds'' box set. The seven-inch features an a cappella version of ''Wouldn't It Be Nice'' and an instrumental ''Here Today'' — making I Just Wasn't Made for These Times a miniature (and less pricey) incarnation of the box.
