Nearly as catchy as the ''Macarena'' and considerably less irritating, ''Keep On Jumpin'' has ample talent behind it: hot producer Todd Terry and zaftig disco legends Martha Wash and Jocelyn Brown. Originally recorded by Musique, this confection is certainly bouncy enough to become a staple of aerobics classes, but it lacks the vocal heft these big belters usually supply. B-
