After a successful 36 years, folk trio Peter, Paul & Mary aren't about to change, except to add a comedic song or two. LifeLines Live guests Richie Havens, John Sebastian, Odetta, and others spice up old tunes from this live performance and lighten up the occasionally preachy P, P & M. Such chestnuts as ''Stewball'' are as moving as ever, but the saccharine ''Home Is Where the Heart Is'' (calling for gay tolerance) could make Mister Rogers gag. B
