Having started their career making sex-ridden video schlock in the late '80s, producers Richard Pepin and Joseph Merhi now release their second vehicle for Anna Nicole Smith, the buxom model whose charms have moved into fetish territory. At least the folks behind Naked Gun 33 1/3 kept Smith's lines to a minimum for her sophomore effort, but this bare-bones woman-vs.-terrorist story relies on the untalented star to carry the movie. Saddled with an equally inept cast of unknowns, director Raymond Martino puts all his energy into keeping Smith's breasts exposed during the Skyscraper's attempts at eroticism, including a ludicrous flashback to a summer afternoon of public sex.
