Apparently, Ty Herndon's producer thinks that one terrific song (in this case, the title cut) is enough to carry an album. Aside from the old-style ''Don't Tell Mama,'' a death-scene confessional Porter Wagoner would have killed for, Herndon's formulaic second effort, Living in a Moment, is the definition of bland. C+
