In All Dogs Go To Heaven 2, a dog-eared sequel to the so-so 1989 cartoon feature, Charlie the heavenly dog (Charlie Sheen) comes back to earth to play guardian angel to another kid and embark on a shamefully obvious Lady and the Tramp-type romance, which will only make you wish you were watching that canine classic.
