Whether he's creating and releasing tension on ''Autumn Nocturne'' or exuding vitality on ''Tell Me You Love Me,'' Rollins' strength and honesty are striking. The only flaws: Some studio renditions (''Duke of Iron'') lack the almost supernatural power they possess in concert. A
