MADONNA ''You Must Love Me'' (Warner Bros.) In the Madonna-ballad canon, it's no ''Live to Tell'' or ''Take a Bow.'' But this simple, elegantly arranged showpiece from Evita (newly composed for the film by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice) is clearly intended to promote both the film and her new adult, matriarchal image. In the video, she even lip-synchs the song in a classical recital hall (skillfully hiding her pregnancy behind the piano). ''You Must Love Me'' is a sweet nothing, but Madonna is one of the few pop divas who could sing lines like ''Certainties disappear/What do we do for a dream to survive?'' and not make the song seem like the stuffy show tune it is. Let's just hope the sly, frisky Madonna comes back to us someday. B
