If Sublime's ''What I Got'' sounds blandly familiar, that's because every element has been taken from other, better songs. The guitar echoes ''Sweet Home Alabama,'' the rhythm section is limply reminiscent of Shaggy's ''In the Summertime,'' and the melody is lifted wholesale from the Beatles' ''Lady Madonna.'' A textbook case of the whole not equaling the sum of its parts. C-
