Tracy Byrd started out three years ago as a George Strait clone; since then he's grown into his big-boy baritone and seasoned his own style as a balladeer and dance-hall performer. The well-rounded program on Big Love could use a killer tune but still offers a perfect balance of sensitivity (''Good Ol' Fashioned Love'') and salesmanship (''Cowgirl''). B
