What does the future hold for little Lourdes? According to Elle numerologist Cheryl Lee Terry, Madonna and child have a spiritual as well as maternal bond. ''They share the same destiny number -- 224 -- and were both born under the Chinese Year of the Rat.'' Unlike her mom, Lourdes, says Terry, will be an only child and will ''not crave the spotlight.'' As for Dad, Terry predicts Carlos Leon may ''fade from her life but the child will stay close to mom.'' And like any kid, ''by the time she's 6, she'll be telling Mom what to do.'' Lourdes help her.
