Canadian Terri Clark struck gold with last year's eponymous American debut, which showcased her strong-woman persona and iconoclastic writing. The follow-up Just the Same offers a more seasoned singer and more varied songs, but less spunk. Still, the ballad ''Any Woman'' and her flirty barroom shuffle ''Neon Flame'' should keep jukeboxes humming. B
