This husky-voiced New York teenager has guested on so many hits by other hip-hop artists — including Jay Z's ''Ain't No...,'' arguably the song of last summer — it's good to finally see her make a solo album. On ''Il Na Na,'' many of the beats are familiar — ''Foxy's Bells'' relies heavily on LL Cool J's early signature hit — but Foxy Brown's seductive, confident presence almost makes it her own. B+
