Lady Kier and Co. of Deee-Lite had some good beats up those polyester sleeves, and the remixes on Sampladelic Relics & Dancefloor Oddities reheat their dance fever. Too bad the electronic debris and jungle rhythms drown out their most deee-liteful assets: the sing-along melodies and social awareness that made ''Groove Is in the Heart'' such transcendent strobe stuff. B-
