''This year was a little overwhelming. I didn't know what to expect with my first single and my album. [But] Blue was so different from what everybody was playing that people were loving it. It's been a dream come true; I've been wanting to do this ever since I was 5. Today I found out I sold 134,000 albums this week. When it debuted at No. 1, it sold 123,000, so this is like my personal record. The biggest highlight is seeing that people like my music in the U.S., Australia...everywhere. Every day it's get up, do interviews, sound check, do a show, and go to the next place. We've been home in Dallas six days since the first of June. To put it in one word, it's been crazy.''
