There's no arguing with the sheer exuberance of ''Le Freak,'' and ''I Want Your Love'' has enough charm to make you yearn for the old John Travolta. But Rhino regrettably replaced the briefer radio edits with longer versions of these disco hits, and the kitsch quality gets tired on Chic's Everybody Dance. B
