Hear John Buggin'
Sept. 6, 1991 - "I am kind of quiet," claimed John Leguizamo, comparing himself with the depressed character he'd played that year in Hangin' With the Homeboys. Now, after two one-man HBO specials, Mambo Mouth and Spic-O-Rama, the Colombian-born comic is making plenty of noise: He has his own comedy- sketch series, Fox's House of Buggin', and costars with Wesley Snipes and Patrick Swayze in the upcoming To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar.

Brandon Lee's Tragic Legacy
Aug. 21, 1992 - The similarities were apparent even then. "It's either in the genes, or I watched too many of his movies as a kid," said Brandon Lee, who was following the path of his father, Bruce, into the world of martial-arts movies. And with heredity and his own blossoming film career as gauges, the younger Lee seemed to be on the verge of joining the likes of Jean-Claude Van Damme and Steven Seagal in the elite club of action-film stardom. But the eerie extent of the Lee family parallels would become evident a year later: Mirroring a scene in his father's last film, Game of Death, Brandon was fatally shot in an on-set accident while making The Crow.
