MIAMI RHAPSODY (PG-13) As soon as Gwyn (Sarah Jessica Parker), the sharp- tongued heroine, delivers her opening lines, you know you're entering a suburb of Woody Allenville. The dialogue is infectiously funny, and Parker gives a terrific performance. She and writer-director David Frankel have created an up-to-the-minute heroine, a romantic woman who earns the bittersweet luxury of refusing to define herself by love. A- ( 259, Jan. 27) -OG
