Texan Norwood goes for the common denominators here, including a novelty song of domestic unrest, ''Bad Dog, No Biscuit,'' that even Li'l Abner might find too yokel. But between the standard redneck fare come some decent ballads and a honky-tonker that deftly plays on the dance crowd's ease with country and rock.
